New Luxury Condo Mid-Rise Planned for Old Metairie

A six-story, 15-unit luxury condominium building has been proposed across from the restaurant Cafe B in Old Metairie.
The Old Metairie Condominiums will have 3 luxury condos on each of the five floors above 38 covered parking spaces on the ground floor. The floor plans range from 2,576 square feet to 2,712 square feet according to the project’s website.
The largest units are the most expensive, listing for $989,000. Carolyn Talbert of Keller Williams Realty is the broker. The developer has not been identified, although the land is owned by Metairie attorney Jim Hall.
The units will feature larger master suites, walk-in closets, wood floors, open floor plans, granite counter-tops, and 2 balconies.
The site sits at the corner of North Labarre and Metairie roads. The units look really nice, as many see this as a welcome addition of condo housing to Old Metairie. Check out the renderings below.
